Kampen Finishes 8th at CCAA Championships

Taylor Kampen had one of her best races of the season, finishing eighth at the CCAA National Championships.

Kampen ran the six-kilometer course in 23:49, less than a minute behind the national champion Mia Simpson from Dawson College who completed the course in 22:52. With the eighth place finish, Kampen was named a CCAA All-Canadian.

Kampen entered the race following a silver medal performance at the OCAA Championships and had previously won two races earlier. This is the second consecutive year in which Kampen was named a CCAA All-Canadian following a tenth place finish at the 2024 CCAA National Championships.
