The Seneca Sting (3-2-1) trailed midway through the second half, but secured a draw with the Durham Lords (4-2-1) 1-1.

The Lords opened the scoring in the 20th minute. Cody Kraemer was successful on a penalty kick, striking a shot to the bottom right corner of the net past the Sting goal keeper Tayjon Campbell.

The home team had a couple opportunities to even the match, but the Lords defence stifled the Sting opportunities.

Midway through the second half, the Sting finally broke through. Tajmir Ashraq found the ball during a scramble in front of the Lords' goal and drove a shot into the corner of the net. The equalizer in the 70th minute would complete the scoring.
