Sting Recognize Ghaney

The Seneca Sting fell to the Humber Hawks in the first game of their doubleheader 11-0.

The doubleheader marked an end to the home schedule for the Sting who will finish the season on the road against the Durham Lords.

The Hawks opened the scoring in the first inning before stranding two runners on base.

Following a scoreless second inning, the Hawks added two runs in the third inning and four in the fifth inning to take a commanding 7-0 lead.

In the seventh inning, the Hawks added four runs to complete the scoring.

Prior to the game, the Sting recognized Brianne Ghaney who will graduating from the Nursing program (Pre-Science), completing her three-year career behind the plate where she caught 62 of 66 games for the Sting.
