Carley Uddenberg had a hat trick in helping the Seneca Sting defeat the Redeemer Royals 4-0.
After a scoreless first half, Uddenberg took over the match in the second half as the nervous Sting were finally able to break through the Royals' defensive game plan. Uddenberg scored in the 59th minute and 64th minute to provide the Sting with some breathing room before completing the hat trick in the 88th minute. Faith Metcalfe-Simia scored in stoppage time to complete the scoring.
The Sting advance to the OCAA Championship semi-final where they will face the Humber Hawks Friday at 3:00pm.
