How The Winners Are Chosen:

The participant will complete the entry form and questionnaire.  A section of the questionnaire deals with areas of fitness the participant wants to focus on during this challenge.  When the committee determines the winner, it will be weighed on both the outcome from the categories they choose and the measurements taken at weeks one, four and eight.
